Annual General Meeting 2025

Remember that the clocks go forward one hour at 1.00 a.m. on 30th March.

The Radio Society of Harrow Annual General Meeting will take place on Sunday 30 March, at 14.30h BST at the club Shack at Lincolnsfields, followed by refreshments and a chance for members to socialise.

The main purpose of this meeting is to elect a new Committee to serve the Club for the next year.

All members are invited to apply for any of the Committee posts. A document that gives the role descriptions of each available post has been sent to all members by email. Also in the document is an application form. If you are interested in applying for a Committee post, please complete the form and return to Linda G7RJL at lcasey100@outlook.com by midnight on 23rd March 2025.

All applications for Committee posts need to be proposed and seconded as shown. All candidates, proposers and seconders must be current Club members. Applications must be for a particular Committee post as shown in the attached document and must be supported by a personal statement of not more than 300 words. The personal statement should say why the candidate wants to apply for the post and how they will fulfil the role.

Ideally, the candidate should attend the AGM in person to present themselves. If there is more than one candidate for a role, there will be a secret ballot to determine the outcome.
