The Radio Society of Harrow Annual Construction Contest
Sunday 26th January 2025, 15.00h, at the Club Shack
Please send notice of your intention to enter to lcasey100@outlook.com as soon as possible, and by Saturday 18th January at the latest.
This competition is intended to encourage home construction, and give the opportunity to show off projects. Entrants must be current paid-up members of the Radio Society of Harrow. The entry must have an amateur radio context. Entries are assumed to be working and complete. The judges reserve the right to ask for a demonstration. An entry may only be entered into one category and once entered in a contest, cannot be re-entered into future contests.
In a change from previous years, this year the decision will be made by a panel of three judges, Peter G4AZL, Terry G4UEM and Simon M0GZP.
Even if you are not entering this year, please come along and support the constructors, and view and talk to them about their projects.
If you have an item to demonstrate but don’t wish to enter it, we also have a “Display” section.
All entries must have a label showing the callsign and name of the entrant. If a member enters more than one item in the same category, each entry should be labelled with CALLSIGN/1, CALLSIGN/2 etc.
Entries cannot be summited by the judges. The judges’ decisions are final.
